There And Back Again. Chapter Thirteen. Victoria Fossil Cave, Part Zwei

Remember, it's a four parter for the Fossil Cave. This is 2 of 4 and it consists of WP's pics of the cave MINUS the fossils. Parts 3 and 4 will have fossils, trust me.

But first, a bird picture. You know, rainbow lorikeets can be very mischevious. Here we have a poor, harmless turtledove landing in the middle of a gang of thugs and one is about to do something Milhouse knows all about from Nelson Muntz:
about to be wedgied
WEDGIE!!!

Ahem, back to the cave. Still in the Victoria Fossil Cave. Here's the layout in case you don't feel like scrolling down to the previous post:

As usual, here is a link to the clickable, expandable, thumbnail page at flickr. WP had the Fuji 6500fd and it's flash isn't nearly as "harsh" as the 5600 I had. So the colours on her pics are much more natural.

Anyways, here's her slideshow and remember you can play it full screen, no worries.

Up next: the two fossil chambers!

If I can find a "Dave's Beer Removal" T-shirt - what size?

L or XL would be great, ta! Are you close to picking up your mail yet? There's an extra goody on the dvd.

Dave-
I must say, WP scores some extra points with her awesome slideshow - there are some beautiful closeup shots!

Liz: WP had the 6500 and it has a "softer" flash and a longer zoom. Many of the closeup shots of hers were from 10 to 12 feet away. By then the flash had faded enough to let the natural colours show, and the optical zoom was good enough to get closeups. We both really like that camera.
